I’m so excited to share some updates happening at On Route Photography! This is a season of change, growth, and new ways to serve you—and I’m so grateful to have you along for the journey.


Free + Paid Sessions

I’ve officially transitioned On Route Photography to a free + tips-welcome model. Most sessions are now free, so you can have your memories captured without any pressure. Tips are always appreciated, but never expected—this is my way of giving back and celebrating the beauty of life’s moments with you.


Paid sessions are reserved for services that require extra planning, logistics, or special resources. These include:

  • Events like birthdays, showers, reunions, recitals, and more
  • Multi-location shoots (2+ locations → $15/location added)
  • Company or brand work, including headshots, team photos, or content creation
  • Studio sessions (studio rental fee required)

This system ensures that everyone gets a high-quality experience while allowing me to continue serving our community freely whenever possible.


Part-Time & Weekend-Based

On Route Photography is now a part-time, weekend-based business, shaped by generosity and a heart for serving others. My faith plays a quiet but meaningful role in the way I approach photography — reminding me to create with love, to give freely, and to see beauty in every story.


Booking & Updated Policies

Booking is now by inquiry only via the booking site or the contact form on the website. I’ve also updated the website with a new privacy policy and terms of service, and updated session contracts, making it easier for you to book, stay informed, and enjoy your session with clarity and peace of mind.


Why This Matters

Photography isn’t just about pictures—it’s about capturing moments, celebrating life, and cherishing memories. I truly believe that every person deserves to have their story remembered, and this new model allows me to continue serving our community in a way that reflects that belief.
